Come and learn coping strategies for day to day stress and anger. The course is a two day work shop –Tuesday 9th June and Friday 12th June 2017 -. Workshops are free to any benefit recipients and tea and coffee is provided throughout the duration. Workshops start at 10 am and finish at 3 pm with plenty of breaks.
