The Paignton Neighbourhood Plan identifies 15 designated local green spaces in this part of Paignton, the Torbay Development Agency has objected to 7 of these:-

PLGS.34 – Quay West Corner, Brixham Road

PLGS.38 – Goodrington Village Green, Grange Road

PLGS.39 – Claylands Cross Park – Brixham Road, North of Harbourne Avenue

PLGS.40 – Gibson Road Playground, Gibson Road

PLGS.41 – White Rock Recreation Ground, Brixham Road

PLGS.43 – Hookhills Playground & Park, Freshwater Drive

 

This directly affects you and you will have the chance to make your views known to the central government inspector, so your community partnership has organised a meeting to look at the implications of this listing so that you can make an informed decision.
