Mindfulness with gentle movement and meditation.

 

A weekly drop-in session every Wednesday 5 – 6pm at Shrublands House. Sessions will be suitable for everyone to try gentle focused movement of the body and straightforward meditation exercises. If you feel this is going to be for you then there is also an 8 week mindfulness course specifically tailored for relapse prevention – these run regularly from Shrublands, the next one starts 6th January – ask your keyworker if you wish to be referred. (referral only).
