The partners of Reaching Out South West (ROSW) are: Chapter 1, SILS, Jatis Project, Shekinah, Homemaker Southwest and Folks@Home.  The Recovery and Independence Service is new for Torbay and provides a 3 phased service - pre-engagement, accommodation and resettlement – all areas of service are client centred to meet individual need. The service is available to a broad range of clients including, but not limited to, people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, offenders, drug and alcohol problems and those with communication needs. Young adults through to older people are catered for.
