Roselands was planted by a number of local Baptist churches in the early 90’s. Our pastor Malc Reddaway joined us in 2008 along with his wife Jane. The two of them are currently joined on the leadership team by Ali King and Philip Eley.
As a fellowship we believe we’re called to be a holy, worshipping community in the heart of the Roselands area of Paignton. We desire to love God, live for Him and share Him with those who live in this lovely part of Devon. We number around 55 adults, we don’t operate a formal membership but welcome everyone into the family who loves God a little and wants to love Him more.
Our Sunday services are relaxed times, where participation is encouraged, where worship is vital, prayer plays a central role and where we believe we all have something to offer. We aim to have something for everyone during our worship times, we focus on scripture and most weeks we share the Lord’s supper together.
We meet in Roselands Primary School and work in partnership with them in many ways. Malc is a governor, leads assemblies and as a church we serve the school in both practical and financial ways. We feel the school is a wonderful place to meet and is a great school all round.
